I have a question? How do you load single pix. I have a pack of pix that the band got broken on steel pix. I have a cup full of them. Can you load them in the machine or are they no more good?

What causes machine to push out 2 pics at the same time?

How can I get an instruction sheet? All of a sudden it wasn’t crimping the pix around the stem so i removed all the picks and now I can’t get them to advance to see if there was a pic stuck that was causing the problem. Does the instruction sheet trouble shoot any problems such as these? I have miss placed mine, it was in the box.

I, too, am having issues with advancing the picks. What I have found is that it appears that the picks seem to be stuck together. When I advance a pick, the machine is trying to advance two at a time, so when they come out of the machine (without crimping), you absolutely cannot get them apart. It seems like it is a problem with the picks rather than the machine. I would appreciate anyone's input on this.

I am having problems with my Steelpix advancing picks as well. I’m not sure how to get it fixed and I don’t want to make it worse. It is an expensive tool to have and not be able to use.

Leaving this in case it helps someone even though it's old video. I got a used one and thought it wasn't advancing the picks. There were some picks already in machine. I realized after watching this video that the picks were loaded improperly. The wide end of the pick must be in FRONT of the stand up where the weight goes. That may be apparent when the shrink wrap is still on the picks when you load but mine were loose and loaded improperly. Once I got them out and reloaded (yes it was a mess) it worked great. Now I just have to get it oiled and clean.

the jaw bearing pin broke in half in the jaw on the handle side is there any hope in getting it out. It is still screwed in place. it dispenses and left side crimps but the picks move right and will not crimp fully

Excellent demo of the pillow mechanic! A very professional and well done video with great picture quality and sound. So excited to see this video as I am searching for sustainable, floral foam alternatives in floral design. One suggestion, really your vid shows a large scale design demo, not only for sympathy. Perhaps change your video title to large scale and you might get more views. I found your vid searching with the key words regarding Holly Heider Chapple, but I wasn't interested in viewing a sympathy design.
